We know you want it yesterday so we’re going to try our darndest to get your parcel in the mail today!
We ship all over the world and we LOVE in store collect. For free. And Uber robe. That's free too. Regular post is capped at $9.20 and extra speedy post (over night express) is $12.20. All parcels are shipped with tracking, so we can both keep a close eye on your precious cargo!

RETURNS

All the treats here at Robe are quarantined for many months, where they're painstakingly inspected to ensure they meet our EXTREMELY high expectations for fit & quality. Should the unlikely event occur whereby you disagree, please shoot us an email at info@robeontheinternet.com or visit us in-store with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. Be warned, we will be very suspicious & a violent altercation should be anticipated! If you consider the goods faulty we will first attempt a repair, then a replacement & if all else fails you'll be offered a bag of potatoes to the value of your purchase. Juuuust kiiiiding.... We'll give you your money back. Alternately, if you chose your treats while suffering post traumatic stress, were hung over or under the influence of another mind altering infliction, you're more than welcome to swap them, unused & with a receipt, for something new & exciting. Don't take the tags off, wear then wash. You'll be caught & we'll have to distribute posters with your face on them & deface your Facebook profile! Sale stuff? We're not keen on having that back thanks. We've discounted it to get rid of it. It ain't a boomerang type scenario. Hope that answers all your questions! 

If that was too complicated, here are our terms [for the simple minded]:

CHANGE OF MIND/DON'T FIT/GIFT/BUYERS REGRET- We accept goods back for exchange or store credit. We accept all goods except for underwear, bathers, and earrings. Goods must be unworn and tags not removed. Proof of purchase is required. We will accept goods within 30 days of purchase. 

FAULTY- Proof of purchase is required. Our suppliers determine if goods are faulty. Our supplier will first attempt a repair. If a repair is not possible they will replace the item. If replacement is not possible they will issue us with a credit and we will issue you with a refund to the value of the original purchase price.
