We ship worldwide, we love In Store Collect, and we LOVE Uber Robe, our $5.00 contactless home delivery service. Domestic post is capped at $10.00, extra speedy post (overnight express) is $20.00, post to New Zealand is $25.00, and all other International post is $40.00. All parcels are shipped with tracking, so we can both keep a close eye on your precious cargo!

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE SHOPPING POLICY
We require our international customers who have paid with credit card, to provide identification confirming they are the lawful owner of the card used for the transaction.
On occasion we've been targeted by international customers using fraudulent credit cards. Unbeknownst to us, the shipping address does not belong to the rightful owner of the credit card. In due course the rightful owner contacts their bank regarding the transaction they don't recognise on their statement. Their bank investigates, contacts us, and asks us to provide evidence that we did our due diligence. If we have not, they reverse the transaction and charge us a $40.00 fee. So, we lose the goods and $40.00!
Simply, we need to be assured that the credit card used for the purchase belongs to you. All you need to do in take a photo of yourself holding named identification that has a photograph. For example, a driver’s license, a passport, membership card or student card.
Sorry if it's a bother. Alternately you can pay using PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. These payment gateways offer us more protection.
RETURNS
All the treats here at Robe are quarantined for many months, where they're painstakingly inspected to ensure they meet our EXTREMELY high expectations for fit and quality. Should the unlikely event occur whereby you disagree, please shoot us an email at info@robeontheinternet.com or visit us in store with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Be warned, we will be very suspicious and a violent altercation should be anticipated! If you consider the goods faulty we will first attempt a repair, then a replacement and if all else fails you'll be offered a bag of potatoes to the value of your purchase. Juuuust kiiiiding.... We'll give you your money back. Alternately, if you chose your treats while suffering post traumatic stress, a hangover or intoxication, you're more than welcome to swap them, unused and with a receipt, for something new and exciting. Don't take the tags off, wear then wash. You'll be caught and we'll have to distribute posters with your face on them and deface your Facebook profile! Sale stuff? We're not keen on having that back thanks. We've discounted it to get rid of it. It ain't a boomerang type scenario. Hope that answers all your questions!

CHANGE OF MIND / DOESN'T FIT / GIFT / BUYERS REGRET- We accept full-priced goods back for exchange or store credit. We do not accept however, underwear, bathers, and earrings. Goods must be unworn and tags not removed. Proof of purchase is required. We will accept goods within 30 days of purchase.
FAULTY- Proof of purchase is required. Our suppliers determine if goods are faulty. Our supplier will first attempt a repair. If a repair is not possible they will replace the item. If replacement is not possible we will offer you a full refund.
